This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use our website and services. We handle data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia and, where applicable to visitors in the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Engagement details — the service and engagement type booked, invoice reference, currency and amount.
• Account data — name, email address and a securely hashed password, if you create an account.
• Order and billing data — items ordered and amounts, billing address, company name and tax ID (PIB) for business buyers, and a record of the consents given at checkout (time and wording shown).
• Communications — messages you send us via the contact form or email.
• Technical data — basic analytics such as pages visited and device type.

We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Card data is entered directly on our payment provider's secure, encrypted payment page.

• To scope, deliver and invoice the engagement you book with us.
• To process your orders and payments, deliver purchased products and respond to your enquiries.
• To send transactional confirmations relating to your booking or invoice.
• To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• To maintain the security and performance of our website.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, including to satisfy legal, accounting and reporting requirements. Contract and invoicing records are retained for the period required by applicable law; enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, or deleted on request.

We share data only with processors who help us operate, and only as necessary:

• Payment processor — a payment institution licensed by the National Bank of Serbia that processes card payments on its own secure page; card data is not available to us.
• Email delivery provider — sends transactional emails such as order confirmations and account emails.
• Analytics & hosting providers — website hosting and aggregated usage analytics.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Request data portability.
• Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
