What this looks like in practice
In practice: two to three working sessions with your team in the first week, then a written scope document and a fixed price for the full build within one to two weeks. If you proceed with us afterward, the fee is credited toward the project — if you don't, you keep the documents.
Fixed-Scope Project

A complete build, end to end — discovery, design, development, testing and launch, priced and scheduled before we start.

What this looks like in practice
In practice: the scope from your Discovery Sprint becomes a milestone plan — typically a core build, one or two feature milestones, then launch. Each milestone ends with a working demo before you approve the next one and release payment for it, so you're never paying for work you haven't seen.
