Payment & Delivery

This page explains how orders placed on this website are paid for and delivered by NODUS ICT SOLUTIONS d.o.o. (“Trglobalsoft”). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment Methods

• Payment card — on the secure payment page of a payment institution licensed by the National Bank of Serbia.
• Bank transfer — against a pro-forma invoice, for companies and entrepreneurs.

Payment instructions are sent by email after you place an order. Delivery starts immediately after successful payment.

2. Currency and Conversion Statement

All payments are made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia — the Serbian dinar (RSD). Prices shown in EUR or USD are for information only and are calculated at an indicative exchange rate. If your payment card is issued in another currency, the amount charged will be converted into that currency at the exchange rate applied by the card schemes, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the price shown on our website.

All prices on this website are shown excluding VAT (PDV). VAT at the rate of 20% is added and shown separately in the cart, at checkout and on the invoice; the amount charged is the total including VAT.

3. Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

When you enter payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in protected (encrypted) form using the TLS/SSL protocol and PKI systems, the current state of the art in cryptographic technology.

Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, so the entire payment process takes place on the processor's secure pages. Payment card data is never available to us at any point, and is never entered or stored on this website.

Where your card issuer supports it, payments are additionally protected by the 3-D Secure standard (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check), and you may be asked to confirm the payment with your bank.

4. How to Order

1. Add a PHP Script license or a fixed-price service package to your cart.
2. At checkout, enter your details — for companies, also the company name and tax ID (PIB).
3. Accept the Terms and Conditions, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy, and give your consent to immediate delivery or performance.
4. Place the order. You receive an email confirmation with your order number and a record of the consents you gave.
5. Pay using the instructions we send you. Delivery starts immediately after successful payment.

5. Delivery

Digital products (PHP Script licenses) are delivered electronically, immediately after successful payment: a download link for the source code and documentation is sent to the email address given in your order. Each license includes installation documentation and 6 months of support and free updates.

Service packages start immediately after successful payment: you receive the kick-off email with your project contact and requirements questionnaire right away, and the service is completed within the timeframe stated on each package page. Monthly support retainers are active from the moment of payment.

Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no delivery costs.

6. Refunds to Payment Cards

If a refund is due to a buyer who paid by payment card, in whole or in part and regardless of the reason, the refund is made only to the same payment card used for the purchase: at our request, the bank returns the funds to the cardholder's account. When you are entitled to a refund is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
